DUO MARTIN LIDL & AARON BERLINER
The duo Martin Lidl and Aaron Berliner combine juggling and live music into a unique performance. As juggling patterns interact with the rhythmic structures of the acoustic bass, a dynamic interplay between movement and sound emerges. At times, the juggling picks up on the bass lines; at others, the juggling itself sets the tempo—a tension-filled dialogue between two forms of expression.
The duo had the first performance in January 2026 at the opening ceremony of Das neue D INGS at the Filmatherat Sendliger Tor in Munich.

Jonglerie colorée is a video project exploring the visualisation of juggling patterns. The video establishes a connection between

FOUR ELEMENTS
The idea behind this very special project was to conceptually link the art of juggling with the four elements – fire, water, earth and air – and to find a distinct visual language and specific juggling patterns for each element that embody it.
In collaboration with the wonderful photographer Anne Manke, this project was developed over a period of four months and realised in November 2023.
